H1B denied, MTR moved to AAO Appeals. I'm working through CPT. Can I work for another employer now ?

Can I work for another employer until AAO makes a decision and then transfer? What if the AAO decides to approve my H1, will I be able to change my status then? Or do I have to stick with my employers for that H1 to be valid?

What you are doing is illegal. MTR does not provide any legal status to stay in country. You are saying your final goodbye to your career in US.
