H1B Please put some light!

Hi,

 

I have applied for H1B extension via Premium processing.

FedEx delivered on 05/02/2014.

My attorney says she has no receipt yet.

Is this normal? I  checked with Western Union, USCIS has not cashed  the money order yet.

 

Please let me know if I have to do something. I want my approval asap so I can apply for change of status.

Not normal. Attorney has to contact USCIS if you do not get a receipt notice by the end of this week.
