CAP-GAP Questions

1.    My OPT expires on 23^rd June 2014 and I have my H1b filled in general quota( NOT Masters), Am I eligible for CAP GAP extension??

 

2.    IF not, What if I re-enroll or re-entry for a course in the same university….will this be an issue??

1. Yes, only if your H1B petition was picked in lottery.

CAP Gap i-20 Is issued by your SCHOOL DSO... Contact them....
