Expired F1 and stamping posibilities with OPT Extn

Hi All,

 

I am currently working in OPT Extension which is valid till 06/2015. But F1 visa is expiring in 06/2014. (My initial F1 is for ABC university, after few semester I transferred to a different XYZ university and finished my master's and got OPT and extension).

 

I have my sister marriage this november (11/2014) and some personal commitment to go to my home country India. Please advice some suggestions of F1 stamping options either in Canada or India or both.
