I have applied H1B visa in fiscal year 2014 and 2015 with same employer.

2014 Status

==========

1. RFE received on may 29.

2. Responded RFE on July2 with project change amendment.

3.After 100 days application got denied and my employer was not disclosed the reason.

2015 Status

==========

Applied H1B visa with same employer.

1.Lottery receipt received on Apr 16 - 2014

2. Moved to RFE status on May 9 - 2014

My employer will not disclose the RFE reason. there is anyway to track the RFE Reason?

Can we expect positive result from USCIS?

If employer does not inform you then there is no way to know the reason. If USCIS is not satisfied with RFE response then it would be denial.

Two RFE's and lot's of information hiding. Don't you think you need to change the employer??
