GC Question

An employee works for Employer-A. Meanwhile, employer-B applies PERM for that same employee, and PERM and I-140 got approved in 1.5 yrs. 

 

Should the employee be working with Employer-B during PERM process or I-140 process ? 

 

(or) the employee can join employer-B after I-140 is approved ?

GC is for future. The employee can work for anyone till GC process is complete.

GC is for future employment. That means he will be working for that employer in FUTURE not now. But if that employer has job for you now,then you can join that employer now.
