I recently gave them a resignation letter but they want me to continue part time working remotely. My new employer has filed H-1B in premium processing and I will join them in couple of weeks. Does my employer has to amend the petition or file new one? Does my new employer has to know that I am working for old employer part time? Do I have to wait until USCIS receipt or I can switch between Full time to part time while the process is in progress ? Link to comment
