H4 Visa in Hindi at Mumbai Consulate

Hi,

My company has schedule H4 visa interview for my wife on 20 May 2014 at Mumbai Consulate, and we want to have interview in Hindi language. My Company has schedule interview using BEP login. When I check with them what is the procedure to have interview in Hindi. They said you need to go to consulate an request for Hindi Translator as there is no option to select Hindi as option during booking interview.

 

Please let me know what is the actual process, will she get Hindi translator in Consulate.

Its urgent....please reply at the earliest.

Try to contact OFC and see what they could do.

I heard from someone, they applied for an English interview but could request for Hindi translator at the consulate. No problems. I think you should be ok.

Usually you can select the language while making an appointment. If not they can request a translator during the interview.

How would she survive without knowing English? Have her do a quick course in English language.
