Please help! PD date Oct 11 2006/ TSC. You are fine. USCIS provides a 180 grace period in filing a derivative AOS - as along as you have documented proof that you were married before your approval. tf4cnmf Posted June 5, 2011 Report Share Posted June 5, 2011 Is it true? OMG. I've got the same situation. Received "card ordered" notice yesterday (6/4). Sent my wife's 485 on 6/1, which was the first date my PD got current. I am seriously concerned whether they gonna accept my wife's application. Thanks! Link to comment
