doolin Posted May 10, 2014 Report Share Posted May 10, 2014 Hi, I'm currently in USA with H3 visa. My H3 I-94 will expire by middle June. Till that time, I'll spend total about 20 months in USA. The same employer filed H1B (loos filing instead of change of status) for this April and now I got RFE. I wondering what is the details about the RFE but my attorney didn't response me yet. I found one similiar post in this fourum said that generally the H3 visa holder is ineligable to apply through loos filing, is that correct? Regards, Link to comment
