I-140 withdrawal

Question on I-140...

 

If an employer withdraws I-140 petition of an employee, does the employer needs to file PERM again if employer decides to sponsor Green Card for the same employee after sometime or filing I-140 petition is enough?

The PERM is only valid for 6 months. If it is no longer valid, then a new PERM would have to be filed.

FYI, I came to know thru attorney that filing I-140 is enough if the job offer/requirement is same earlier one. No need to file PERM again for the same employee.
