Am I Eligible for H1B Stamping in Jamaica ?

I'm working in USA from Feb'2013 on H1B Visa, When I try to transfer my VISA to new Employer  my VISA got denied(in FEB 2014) due to client letter format issue, I applied for new petition and got the approval for till 2016.

 

    My Question is, Am I eligible to stamping done in Jamaica ?

Since, I did not do my masters in USA, I directly came here on H1B VISA.

 

Please some one suggest me,  is it OK If I go Jamaica for my stamping or should I go for home country(INDIA) ?

Yes, you are eligible. But, I would suggest you to go to home country.
