new_et Posted May 8, 2014 Report Share Posted May 8, 2014 My friend got an RFE and she came to know that the job responsibilities are not same in LCA and client letter. Her employer instead of submitting her responsibilities, they submitted some other's responsibilities which are completely different. She can get a new client letter but not with the responsibilities in LCA. What would be the solution? This is not her mistake its her employers mistake of filing wrong responsibilities in LCA Can she file a new LCA? But some says that it will be rejected... Can she modify existing approved LCA responsibilities? Please, suggest.. Thanks in advance Link to comment
