Defer start date after H1-B transfer approval

I have I-140 approved with Company-A and I am in 7th year of my H1-B. Company-B has filed for my H1-B transfer using my approved I-140 under premium processing. But due to unavoidable circumstances I cannot resign from my current job until next 4 months. I believe my H1-B with Company would get approved in next few days. If company-B agrees, can I start working with Company-B after 4 months of H1-B approval?
