Now, can I take H4 visa (in May 2014) and visit US meanwhile? Once my H1B is approved should I comeback to India for stamping? Also, Is this risky and why? Link to comment

To be able to start work on H1B status either you exit and enter US with a H1B visa or employer files change of status and pays H1B fee again. Link to comment
