H1B transfer no receipt yet and resigned the old company...please help very very urgent

I have resigned for my company 2 weeks back and joined with as contractor(H1b transfer applied in regular ) based on the fedex confirmation(april 21 docs sent to USCIS) .

 

i still dint get the receipt the number yet .

 

 

am i out of status now ?i dont know why it is taking long time ...

 

anyone knows how many days i can stay in USA ?

 

please help me guys this is very urgent.

I believe you are out of status as you do not have a H1B receipt notice. Normally employer/attorney receives one within a week after receipt of documents by USCIS. Ask them to contact USCIS.

No specific timeline. Talk to your attorney.
