Yes, within the same country.

Do you mean you want to change the US consulate location from what you filled in the DS160? 

I recommend to fill a new DS160 to avoid any unexpected issues. The US VISA travel FAQs says its not required but I read an earlier post where someone had issues entering the consulate because of a different location on the DS160 confirmation page.

Thank you, so all I need to do is after getting a slot booked, if I am changing to new location I need to take a new DS160 print out that's it ??
