Hello all,

 

 ICERT website says  "If your application was filed more than 3 months prior to the month posted, you may contact Helpdesk for a status on the application".

 

Current PERM audit review Processing date: Jan 31st , 2013.

 

Does this mean that people whose Priority date is between NOV 1 2012 -Nov 30 2012 can request for status update now ? 

                             (or) 

Does this mean that people whose Priority date is between Oct 1 2012 - Oct 31 2012 can request for status update now ?

In your scenario,  Individuals with priority dates between October 1 and October 31 should be able to send follow up communication on their case to the Department of Labor.
