Losing Job during J1 Waiver

I am a physician doing J1 Waiver (with H1B) and the hospital is closing down.

1. How much time do I have to find another wiaver job and apply a new H1B?

2. Will I have to leave the country to stamp?

3. What are the steps to be taken in this situation?

4. My Husband has H1B, can I apply for H4 adjustment of status until I find another job?
