H1B Stamping with old I-94

Hi,

I am on H1 effective from Oct'2013 , In August'13 i had travelled to india on My OPT . While returning in Sept,i was issued a new I94, but My H1 which was approved around June 2013 has my Old I94.

I am planning to go for Visa stamping this June, Will the above scenario will be an issue? Appreciate your suggestions.
