Opt denied. F1 visa extension for 2nd masters

I completed a technical MS and graduated in December 2014. My OPT application has been denied because the university did not keep my SEVIS active !

My F1 visa status expires on 28th May 2017. I am considering a second masters.

However, the masters program I am considering starts on august 2015 and ends on august 2017.

That is my F1 visa expires before the completion date of the MS program.

I want to be able to travel freely immediately after my MS and having an expired F1 visa- even if I have my OPT - is not a option for me.

 

Since my F1 status expires before my program completion, can I go for F1 visa extension interview before entering the MS program? If not, what other options do I have ?

Did you contact any attorney for help. That was not your mistake so you can still get your OPT.
