H1b Transfer--urgent

Hi Fiends,

 

 

on April 11th my H1b Transferred to New company 'A'(full time position). and i given notice period of 2 weeks and i left the old company(Indian company) on 25th April. on 28th i have joined the new company.

 

But now i wants to go back to my previous company. My H1B is valid till May 2016. 

 

is it possible to go back to my previous company?

 

1. Do i need 3 pay subs of new company to join back to old company.

2. Old company has to do again H1B transfer?

 

Please suggest. it very urgent.

1. Check whether previous employer has revoked H1B petition. If not you can join. Otherwise previous employer has to file a cap exempt H1B petition and on approval you can join.
