JahnaviV Posted May 1, 2014 Report Share Posted May 1, 2014 Hello i got an RFE yesterday stating that the petition lacks documentation regarding eligibility requirements to establish that you and the beneficiary qualify for the benefit requesting. submit a detailed statememnt to : explain beneficiarys proposed duties and responsibilities indicate percentage of time devoted to each duty state the educational requirements for these duties explain how beneficiary education relates to the position in addition submit evidence showing that: -a baccalaureate or higher degree is required for this position -the position is so complex or unique to be performed by individual with degree -evidence to establish that u have sufficient levels of h1b level of work for the beneficiary to perform,,, ....etc Is this a boiler plate rfe .. is it complex? can i explain in detail my job responsibilities ..
