charleskorey Posted May 1, 2014 Report Share Posted May 1, 2014 Talking about recapturing time spent outside US on H1B status, if my departure date is 12/24/2010 and arrival date is 01/15/2011, then will the number of days outside US exclude the departure and arrival dates? Technically I was in US when I boarded the flight on 12/24/2010 and technically I arrived in US on 01/15/2011, so the time spent = 21 days. Is this correct or can I include the departure/arrival dates too? Link to comment
