tworker Posted April 30, 2014 Report Share Posted April 30, 2014 Hi guys, I know its H1 Stamping forums, but i couldnt find H4 stamping forum, thought to post here. My wife went to Middle East for stamping her H4 , but there they are saying they need H1 B stamping , though i have provided valid petition i797 and i94, they are rigid in their rules. So I decided to Cancel her application and re apply from India after two months hassle there. My Question here is, will there be any problem for her in India ?. Link to comment
