Traveling on H1-B

Hi All,

I'm currently on H1-B which is valid till 2016. Am I allowed to travel to India for a period 3months in which i will take 3-4weeks of vacation(Paid) and work remotely for the rest of the period.

Yes. Since you are out of US you will not be on H1B status. So, it is not an issue at all.

Sure you can travel. You are not on H1B while outside the US and it does not count towards your allowable time. Your employer is ot required to allow you to work remotely or pay you according to US rules.
