Parent's - I94 lost ?

Hello there,

 

My mom arrived in US yesterday and upon receiving her we realised that her passport does not have a I94 card stapled. She is not sure if its lost or it was ever stapled. Who should I approach to get a new I94 card ?

 

She is on a Visitor Visa valid for 10 yrs which is until 2022 i guess.

The I-94 is online only nowadays.

DHS has stopped giving the I-94 along with the passport, so don't worry about it , try to return back by the date mentioned on the passport stamp .

There is no more paper I94. Everything is online now.
