Any limit on taking personal vacation - H1B Visa

I am on H1b visa and my project ended in Jan, 2014 end of month for Client A then I took 2 months of personal leave and have joined a new project for client B.Is there any limit on taking personal vacation which can put me out of status?

Personal vacation will be 30 days leave in a calendar year if you more than that you should have proper valid reason.

 

If you don't have pay stubs for 3 months will be out of status.

If you were in US and not paid during your two month vacation you were out of status.

Are you in the US? Then you need to get paid.

Your allowed paid vacation will depend on your employer's policies.

you can take unpaid leave of absence but need a approved letter stating the same and dates from your employer.

AFAIK their is nothing called unpaid leave on H1.
