saibabashirdi Posted April 29, 2014 Report Share Posted April 29, 2014 I am on H1b visa and my project ended in Jan, 2014 end of month for Client A then I took 2 months of personal leave and have joined a new project for client B.Is there any limit on taking personal vacation which can put me out of status? hightech Posted April 29, 2014 Report Share Posted April 29, 2014 Personal vacation will be 30 days leave in a calendar year if you more than that you should have proper valid reason. If you don't have pay stubs for 3 months will be out of status. Link to comment

If you were in US and not paid during your two month vacation you were out of status. Link to comment
