H1B Transfer approved for 1 year after 6th year with I-140 copy from current employer

Hi , 

 

Can you please clarify on the below

 

- I got my H1B Transfer approved with New Employer B for only an year (Apr 22,2014-Apr 22,2015) using I-140 Copy from Current employer A. 

- If I join Employer B, and if they didn't initiate the GC process before Apr 22, 2015, Can the Employer-B file H1B extension using 

approved I-140 copy from Employer-A even if the I-140 is withdrawed by employer A?

No. If I-140 is revoked by employer A on what basis an extension can be requested?
