H1B I-797 approval notice and international travel

Hi all, 

This is regarding international travel and my current H1B I-797 approval notice. The notice has Sep 2016 as end date, but in fact my H1B started in Oct 2009 and it will end in Sep 2015, but the attorney by mistake thought that I started in Oct 2010, that's why the mistake. I am planning to go to India. My current visa for previous employer is valid until Nov 2014. I am planning to return to US in July 2014 so I think I can show the existing visa and the current petition to gain entry. But my question is since the petition has wrong end validity date, would it create any problem at the port of entry? Will the officer notice this discrepancy and prohibit me from entering?
