Visa fee payment (H1+H4)

I have a question regarding visa fee payment.

 

me and my wife are both going for visa stamping in June at Chennai consulate.

 

I remember in the past, we had to make 2 different payments (for H1 and H4) also 2 payments for VFS

 

Has this changed?

 

When I click on payment options in the appointment scheduling page, the form generated has it combined ($380), though there are 2 receipt number boxes for me and spouse

 

Would anybody know if we only need to make a single payment in INR for the equivalent of $380 ?

It is $190 per applicant and you get two receipt numbers.
