I am an Indian citizen living in Oman on a resident visa applying for F-1 visa from muscat. since my dad's immovable properties such as land is in India, would US consulate in Muscat accept a chartered accountant statement from India. thanks

I am sure they will. The person who sponsor's your studies can be anywhere in the world.
