Am I eligible for EB2

I have following experience and education qualification. 

 

 Bachelor Computer Application (3 years Bachelor Degree from India) + 12 months job experience in India + MS in Computer Science (Accredited university from USA)  + 56 months job experience (Before join to current employer)

 

Now my employer is willing to apply GC under EB2.  They posted below requirement for job

 

Bachelors  +  7 years of progressively responsible experience

                      OR

Masters  +  5 years of progressively responsible experience

 

 

Now my question is after my master degree , I have 56 months of job experience , So can I include my 12 months job experience before master degree ? Does progressively responsible experience includes the job experience before MS degree. Will I will be eligible for EB2 ?

Unfortunately your application will be in EB3.

 

Any combination of a 3 year bachelors degree and the years of experience will not meet the minimum requirement for EB2.

 

If you really care about your application, Why waste time in gathering "opinions" from engineers.
