You can work for multiple employers when you are on OPT and make sure your employer name should be update on I-20.

Getting paid from multiple sources is always good :)

 

From an immigration standpoint, you should be authorized to work for both the employers. This may mean two "concurrent" H-1Bs or if you are on OPT, I-20s documenting the two employers.

 

Obviously, the question that begs an answer is how can you physically manage two full-time employments?
