I am planning to go for stamping this Year as soon as possible. So i thought of planning to apply for H1 B extension (premium process)before go for stamping. and I am working in Chicago area. i have taken client and vendor letter with out end dates. So my question is if i apply premium is there any chances to get 3 years to go for visa stamping... Pls advise me!! Thanks in advance Link to comment

rahul412
That depends on your documentation. Link to comment
omshiv
Premium processing does not give you the chance for 3 yr extension..it depends on the Client letter and the duration of the project. Why are there no end dates on the Client letter? Link to comment

There is always a possibility of getting a RFE asking specific details about your project timing. Link to comment
