New LCA chances of success and processing time

I hold H1b Visa (approved 14^th April 2014) with LCA for client “X”. I have not joined/started my work with “X” yet and I am still in my Home country (India). As there is a new requirement identified my employer has filed a new LCA for me for client “Y” on 15^th April 2014. Employer is going to be same in USA but clients are different and also the locations. The Job role is pretty much same (Firmware Engineer).

 

1) What are the chances that my new LCA get approved? Any possibility of rejection?

2) How many more days (it’s been 6 working days) it might take for me to get the LCA?

3) Will my employer receive the soft copy or hard copy of it?

 

Please help me with your answers for the above questions...
