H1B transfer documents arrived USCIS or not - urgent

Hi,

My H1B transfer documents has been sent from my employer on April 7th thru fedex. They are filing my H1b transfer on premium processing. But i didn't get any receipt number till now. What type of issues will delay the process?

Not you but your employer or attorney would receive receipt notice.

Employer and attorney didn't receive the receipt number yet. It's possible for my attorney or employer to check with USCIS officials.
