murali.australia
Hello, I came to know from my consultant that my petition has been picked in lottery. My consultant has not asked for my 10th, 10+2 marks list. I have submitted following documents for educational evaluation. 1. Bachelor's degree certificate, and consolidated marks sheet. 2. Master's degree certificate and only 2nd year marks sheet. My questions are as below. 1. does USCIS need my Master's 1st year marks list also? will they ask for it and they will reject the petition? 2. 10th and 10+2 marks sheets required for USCIS to approve the petition or they may not need it. 3. if any document missing, will they ask my consultant or they reject without asking for missing docs TIA Regards, Murali Link to comment
rahul412
USCIS needs all the transcripts of your master's degree, not just first year's transcripts. Coming to evaluation, no need of 10 and 10+2. Link to comment
hightech
Your employer must aware of minimum H1B doc's required details and not collect proper documents filed for H1B. It may cause for RFE or Deny or Approval. 1) If officer wants may ask with RFE 2) Yes it's from 10th to Higher degree with OD, Provisional and consolidated marks list. 3) If they identified any missing documents you must receive RFE.
