Hi, I am getting a job in a small private company. I had H1B until June this year and then I got B2 until Jan 2012. Recently I got this job and they are going to process H1B for me. My question is can I go to visit family in India while H1B is in process. I heard there might be issues with VISA stamping. One might not be able to get back even of the H1B was approved.
