H1 with company A from Aug 2005 - Nov 2007 Moved to Company B from Nov 2007 - May 2013(Extending beyond 6 yrs with approved I 140 from Company B) Moved to Company C from May 2013 - Till Date( Transferred and received extension until 2016 with the I-140 from Company B) The I-140 from company B is still active. Can anyone suggest if moving to another company from Company C at this point is possible/advisable? Please let me know. Link to comment
