H1B- Port of Entry question

Hi,

I have a valid visa stamping till oct 2014(this year).

I will apply for extension around august, but I have plans to go to india around june-july,

is it good to go just with 3-4 months visa stamp validity on your passport.

is there any problem at port of entry?

You should be fine. U just need to ensure that you do not travel when your extension request is pending with USCIS.
