F1 Stamping from H4

I came to US on H4 and converted to F1. My husband works on H1 and he got his I-140 approved (I-140 application included my name as spouse). But he changed his company and the new company hasn't started his GC process. I am planning to visit India and I need to get my F1 stamping when I visit India. 

 

What are the chances that I would get my F1 visa?

 

As my husband's GC process has started, will it be a reason for my F1 visa denial being a potential immigrant? 

 

Any help would be appreciated.

You might face some issues, if your name was in the GC application.
