RajuNani Posted April 18, 2014 Report Share Posted April 18, 2014 Hi,I am currently working for Company A, few days back i had an offer in Company B , they had transferred my H1B and that petition is approved, but i didn't accept company B offer, continued working for Company A.Now i have got another opportunity with Company C, and i am looking to transfer my H1B to Company C.I dont have company B I-797 approval notice, Do i need I-797 approval notice of Company B for my Company C h1b transfer?Thanks.
