H1b transfer petition currently pending, can I do another transfer???

Hello Everryone,

 

I been working for employer A for 5years, but transferred my H1b to employer-B in March, 2014 and this petition is currently in review by USCIS.

 

Now I have a offer for a fulltime job from Employer-C and I want to accept it and move on.

 

1. Because I already have a H1b transfer petition in review with USCIS, can I file for another H1b transfer at the same time?

 

2. Also, who am I transfering my Visa from?, employer A or emplyer-B?

1. Yes, as long as you are still working for employer A.

2. It is not visa but petition.

1. Yes, you can.

2. That's not transferring visa, its just transferring H1 employer. It will be from A, your current employer.

Yes you can transfer to company C or any other company while it's on pending status.

Thanks guys for all ur help, I now get it..I am good to trannsfer my visa to my new employer (employer-c).
