fishinglyf
Hello All, I am working for same end client at XXX location since Jan 2013. H-1B was approved during the year 2013. My job has been relocated to YYY location for the same end client in 2014. When I changed my location, my employer updated my LCA but didn't filed for H-1B amendment. I am going for H-1B stamping end of this month. My end client manager and vendor gave me a letter that I am working at YYY location. If I say visa officer that this is temporary assignment at YYY location will it be fine? My confusion here is PIMS will have my records that I am located at XXX location. What is the risk now of going to H-1B stamping? Please advise. Link to comment
