perm audited, denied, time to appeal?

My perm was applied in Nov 2008 and went into audit. It was denied in Jan 2011 after a long wait. What is the latest time that i can appeal the denial? I switched companies in dec 2010, want to see if i can rejoin my old company and ask them to appeal again.

Generally, one only has 30 days to appeal a denial.
