cooldude001
I'm on h1b and would like to enroll in a masters program. Can anyone clarify the following 1)Is it legal to enroll (fulltime/parttime), while on h1b 2)If an I20 is issued for my admission, would that affect my sevis status 3)Is there a different masters program (like executive masters) for h1b workers Link to comment
JoeF
On H1, you can study on the side. That pretty much means part time, since you have to continue working for your employer. An I-20 is for people who want to study on F1 only. Degree programs are the same for everybody. There is no "special" stuff for people on H1. Link to comment
t75
There is NO special consideration for H1B workers in legitimate schools. Link to comment
