Masters with h1b

I'm on h1b and would like to enroll do masters..Can anyone help me with the following 

 

1)Is it legal for me to enroll in online masters program (fulltime/parttime), while on h1b

2)If the university issues me i20, wouldn't that affect my current sevis?

3)Are h1bs supposed to enroll in any special masters program (like executive masters)

1) It's a legal while on H1B can enroll in online masters program (full time/part time) but not on F1 status.

2) If you want to change the status from H1B to F1 then most recent I-20 required for change of status I-539.
