viditbhargava
Hi, I joined a college in USA in 2006 on F1 visa, for MS degree. I graduated in 2008. My H1B was filed in 2009 and I got an approval. I started working on H1B then and my status was automatically converted from F1 to H1B (no visa stamping done yet). I came to India for a visit in 2010 and my H1B visa stamping was rejected. Now in 2014, I have an offer from an employer who is ready to file H1B application for me. I want to know if my H1B application would be counted towards the H1B quota or not. Thanks in advance. Link to comment
