H1-B transfer - two different employers, but same law firm

I have received an offer from Employer A, and accepted it - they have filed my h1b transfer which got approved - meanwhile, i got another offer from Employer B which is way better and a much more stable company - which I plan to take up. I have not started yet with Employer A, and I plan to inform them that I wont be able to join as soon as Employer B begins my visa transfer process.

 

I just came to know that both Employer A and B use the same law firm for immigration matters - will this cause any problem with the visa transfer to employer B?

No. But depending on your contract with A, you may owe damages to A for not appearing for work.

 

I am amazed at the unprofessional behavior by so called professionals who come to the US to work!
